There are a couple of prerequisites that make a good Sunday-morning football manager.
Man-management and the ability to attract quality players are right up there. Throw in being an astute tactician, organisation, knowledge of the opposition, being gracious in victory or defeat and having the respect of the changing room and it's job done.
Brady Maccabi A boss Josh Rosenfeld has shown, in a very short space of time, that he's got the lot in his locker.
There is a handful of excellent young managers in the MSFL. Rob Richman of North London Raiders B, Mitch Young of FC Team and Phil Peters of Norstar A have helped their respective teams climb the Maccabi League ladder in no time at all. But Rosenfeld was handed the task of bringing the good times back to Brady after eight seasons in the relative wilderness of Division One.
For me, the fact that he has made some top-quality signings and steered the team back into the Premier Division proves he's right up there with the best.
Last summer, he drafted in Jonny Ellis and TJ Keterman from Neasden, two players who have won a plethora of silverware, Nicky Smith, Lee Platt and Jonathan Green, and has built the foundations for a team that remains in contention for a cup double.
Hendon United's David Garbacz remains the favourite for JC MSFL Manager of the Year.
His team is pushing for the treble, but Rosenfeld and co will have a huge say as they could play one another four times between now and the end of the season. If Rosenfeld can break Hendon's hearts and walk away with a cup double, we might just be looking at a future European Maccabi Games or even Maccabiah manager.

Manager David Domb believes the Leeds University student team have nothing to lose when they make the long journey down the M1.
Preparations for the big match have been far from perfect, however, as they were forced to withdraw from last week's MJSL match against South Manchester 2nd with only six players available.
Looking ahead to kick-off, Domb said: "Everybody is expecting us to go down to London and get absolutely battered. That's everyone apart from me. I am expecting us to go there and give it a really good go.
"The boys are excited and as long as we are disciplined, do our jobs and play well, then we'll have a real chance."
