Holders Hendon United Sports Club A will visit Maccabi London Lions Masters in the second round of this season's Peter Morrison Trophy.
David Garbacz's men have dominated the competition in recent seasons - beating league champions North London Raiders A in last season's final at Wingate & Finchley.
Raiders will host Division One high-flyers Redbridge Jewish Care B, while Redbridge's A take on Raiders C of Division Two.
There are four Maccabi London Lions teams in the competition, but this will definitely be whittled down to three in the next round as Lions A face Lions B.
