South Manchester Sports 1st are on course for a historic double after booking their place in the semi-finals of the Peter Morrison Trophy.
Laurence Newman's men built on their impressive league win over Miam Miam last week by defeating reigning MSFL champions and cup holders Hendon United Sports Club A 3-1 after extra-time at the Armitage.
South, who are currently top of the Manchester Accountants League, look set to retain their title following last week's success against their nearest challengers.
And the confidence of that victory gave them an extra edge as they produced another impressive performance.
Jack Lee had given South the lead before the visitors took the contest into an additional 30 minutes thanks to Avi Korman's fine strike with just six minutes of normal time remaining.
But South refused to be denied with Harvey Kaye's stunning effort and a customary Adam Lavin goal sealing victory for the northern side.
South are the only Manchester-based club left in the competition and manager Newman is delighted that his team is restoring some northern pride by making it through to face Camden Park in the last four.
"We know Hendon are a really good side and we were missing a few players too, but our tempo, and concentration was excellent particularly the second half," he said.
"I felt we were really good value for our win. Thanks to Hendon for making the trip and I wish them well in their remaining league games.
"We are delighted to still be representing Manchester in this competition."
Elsewhere, Manchester Maccabi 1st crashed out following a 1-0 home defeat by MSFL Premier Division side Brady Maccabi A.
Jonny Ellis scored the only goal of the game against 10-man Maccabi, who had Oliver Gilbert sent off.
In the MJSL, Jamie Harris hit a hat-trick as Haroldeans crushed Leeds Maccabi 2nd.
The defending champions were too hot to handle and eased to a 6-2 win in a game which was switched from Leeds to Manchester following snow showers.
Harris’ treble and strikes from Alistair Goldsmith, Zach Goodman and Josh Silverberg keeps the Merseysiders within eight points of leaders Republic of Flixton.
Daniel Herschovitz, Aviv Levy and Ben Ullmann got the goals for Leeds, who sit fourth after slumping to their sixth defeat of the season.
Raffy Klyne was the hero for Crumpsall after his hat-trick inspired a 4-1 win over Broughton.
Gavriel Bolel was also on target with Avi Libbert claiming a late consolation for bottom of the table Broughton.
Republic of Flixton remain top of the table after being awarded three points after South Manchester Sports 2nd failed to field a team for their league fixture.
