South Manchester produced a stunning display of bowling only to collapse in nightmare fashion against Haughton Green A.
Steven Glicher's men looked set to record a welcome win after an explosive opening reduced their opponents to an astonishing 16-8.
Josh Oehley took 5-42 and David Cohen grabbed 4-52 as South put Haughton on the back foot.
But they failed to wipe out the Green tail and allowed their opponents to rack up a competitive score of 126-9.
In response, South crumbled dramatically with Glicher's men managing just 54 as they slumped to another disappointing defeat.
