REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A 2 HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A 1 AET
An extra time strike from Dean Nyman saw Redbridge complete the league and cup double following a thrilling final at Wingate & Finchley.
Redbridge forged ahead early on when Nyman was adjudged to have been brought down by Hendon keeper Russell Corin. Daran Bern confidently dispatched the penalty, sending Corin the wrong way.
Nyman broke the offside trap again minutes later but saw his chip land on the roof of the net.
Defender Alex Rosenthal drew Hendon level with a stunning diving header into the top corner.
Corin was by far the busier keeper, but he held his nerve with a classy performance despite constant barracking from the RJC fans in the Harvey Ackerman stand.
Redbridge's travelling support sang loud and proud and ensured that their heroes stayed on the front foot.
Corin pulled off one breath-taking save to deny RJC sub Adam Stolerman.
Josh Bentley almost won it for Hendon, but his rasping left-foot free-kick smacked against the bar.
Corin continued to impress in extra time while RJC keeper Dan Lee produced a top-class save to deny Bentley.
The match continued to ebb and flow but the decisive moment saw Nyman cut in from the left to clip the ball over Corin and into the net.
Hendon rallied in the dying seconds, having the ball cleared off the line on two occasions with Bentley coming close again but it was Redbridge, playing in their first Wingate final, who lifted the cup to complete a memorable season.

A stoppage time winner from Jonny Blain, his second of the game, helped Faithfold C become only the second team to retain the cup following a seven-goal thriller against Division Three rivals UJIA at Wingate & Finchley.
Ben Portnoi and Josh Franklin were Faithfold's other scorers.
The decisive moment came deep into injury time; a free kick came back off the bar and into the path of Blain who turned to slot home and send the Faithfold bench into raptures.
UJIA's goals came through Gavin Sherman, Matt Radstone and Paul Shamplina registered for UJIA.
Faithfold player-manager David Garson told JC Sport: "I think we probably edged and it’s a great way to win. We let in some sloppy goals, but we’re delighted to win and we’ve still got a lot to play for."
UJIA player-manager Darren Rolfe told JC Sport: “I’m disappointed and upset. It was three errors really. We would have won the game had it not been three errors from myself. We had three or four players out.”

PHILLIPS HELPS FAITHFOLD CLINCH THIRD SPOT
FAITHFOLD A 3 NORTH WEST NEASDEN A 2
A hat-trick from Daryl Phillips helped Faithfold conclude their league campaign by cementing third spot following a five-goal thriller over Neasden.
Phillips' treble takes him to joint-top scorer in the Premier Division charts.
Jonny Ellis and James Abrams replied.
Phillips told JC Sport: "It's nice to beat Neasden three times in a season.
"If they've got anything about them I'm sure they'll be back next year.
"It wasn't a great performance but we dug in when we had to and we look forward to our trip up north for the Peter Morrison final."
Neasden manager Jamie Cole told JC Sport: "With a makeshift team we were unlucky not to get a draw.
"Best of luck to Faithfold in the Peter Morrison final."

Goals from Gideon Barnett and Wes Matthews were not enough to stop Camden Park from going down but there were tears all round as Brady's promotion challenge came to a crushing halt.
Camden boss Justin Rockberger told JC Sport: "All in all a good battling performance that we just shaded and deserved the points.
"With all the teams that have dropped out this season I'm hoping we will retain our Division One status ... At least we can guarantee if we start a season we will finish it, unlike some others!"
Brady boss Josh Rosenfeld told JC Sport: "Again, we weren't good enough. We didn't get in to our rhythm and I can't quite figure out what went wrong.
"All we can do is win our next game and finish third."

SAFETY FIRST AS HARMEN QUASH OAK HOPES
OAKWOOD 1 SOUTHGATE HARMEN B 2
Ashley Burns and Robbie Weber were the goal men as Harmen maintained their Division One status and ended Oakwood's automatic promotion hopes.
Weber struck after 58 minutes with Burns winning it 10 minutes from time.
The result means that FC Team A are confirmed runners-up.
Harmen boss Mark Engel told JC Sport: "I'm proud of the boys. Seventh is a fairer reflection of the season (than bottom two) and represents the effort and performance level they have put in.
"Oakwood pushed us and although at times it wasn't pretty. We deserved the points for a really good second half performance.
"The winner had a little bit of luck attached to it but skipper Ashley Burns deserves it for his commitment."

Strikes from Dan Gordon, Hadley Silver and Sam Sollosi boosted Redbridge's promotion hopes as they completed a league double over Zig Zag with a comfortable win at Montrose Park.
Josh Flax replied for the hosts.
RJC scorer Dan Gordon told JC Sport: "It was a solid performance, one that shows we deserve to go up.
"Fair play to Zig Zag. I hope DJ Neal continues."

ATHLETIC BILBAUM 3 LOS BLANCOS 1
Los Blancos endured a miserable morning as they were beaten at Bilbaum with goals coming from Mark Pasha, Lew and Judah.
Doron Weinstein fired a consolation for Blancos.
Bilbaum's Mark Pasha told JC Sport: "Overall it was a really committed and strong performance against a well organised Los Blancos side.
"Even when Los Blancos pulled level and despite us missing a penalty we kept our heads up and continued to defend resolutely and hit them on the counter attack.
"It was definitely a fitting way to end the season and to continue the good form that we have shown since the turn if year.
"Despite an overall mixed campaign, hopefully we can now take all the positive momentum from the latter half of the season and come back even stronger in 2011/12."
Blancos manager Joel Minsky told JC Sport: "The last few months have been a great disappointment for us all, as we've gone from being title winning hopefuls to promotion doubtfuls.
"Today was the toughest defeat to take though as its a game we really should be winning. We had the chances and the possession, but with the game delicately poised at 1-1 with 20 to go we were caught out twice on the break.
"Respect to Bilbaum though, they were well organised and put in a performance well above their league position. We had eight players out today, and if we want to get anything out of this season the squad need to show their commitment to the cause."

DEADLY DAN TAKES BLIZZARD UP
BLIZZARD STORM 1 INTER BOREHAMWOOD 0
Blizzard Storm finished the season on a high as Daniel Vandermolen's strike saw them clinch promotion and a league double over Borehamwood.
Simon Linden's men boosted their title hopes with a 16th league win, meaning they have finished the season on 50 points.
Sixteen-year old Vandermolen stole the headlines with a stunning finish in front of a large crowd, including league chairman David Wolff and most of the MSFL Committee, to secure promotion and put Blizzard within touching distance of an unlikely championship.
Blizzard boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: I can't tell you how proud I am to achieve promotion, it really is a special moment for the whole football club.
"One thing is getting promoted but another is doing it the manner and style we have. Beating Inter twice, Glenthorne twice and grabbing four points of Shirley Park is an outstanding achievement.
"I have a squad full of winners and I'm hoping for many more days like today. It's easy to manage this lot, they a credit to this club and the Jewish game itself.
"Let's hope we go up as champions."
Blizzard captain Adam Speck told JC Sport: "It's a great day and landmark for the club and it has been an honour captaining this squad in my first full season.
"We have a fantastic group of players who week in and week out play for each other and with the right attitude.
"We thoroughly deserve our promotion - the fact we've been in the top two all season speaks volumes.
"Congratulations to the whole team, manager and everyone connected to the club. We look forward to the challenges of next season. I would also like to add my good luck wishes to Inter Borehamwood and Glenthorne in their chase for the other promotional spot."
Borehamwood boss Oluseun Thomas told JC Sport: "It was a well fought game. Unfortunately we were unable to convert our chances.
"Blizzard gave everything they got and the game was played in good spirit."

Glenthorne boosted their title hopes with a five-star display over Jewve in Chigwell.
Two goals from Jamie Crawford plus one apiece from top-scorer Fabio Riveccio, Dan Lassman and Liam Stein eased them home.
Thornes manager Elliot Coulton told JC Sport: "We've got one game left, our cup final. Hoping to get a good ref!"
Jewve boss Gabriel John told JC Sport: "It was the last game of the season, thank goodness. It's been a long, tough year, we'll have to re-evaluate and see if we want to come back stronger next year.
"Yesterday we were playing a team in title contention and it showed. Lassman played well, as did Rosenthal and Jordan but Bagel was their stand out player. Nothing fancy no mistakes."

The match between Neasden C and Shirley Park was abandoned after Shirley keeper Howard Yuchetel broke his leg in two places.
Shirley joint-player-manager Dave Lusman told JC Sport: "We wish him a speedy recovery."
"Both teams were in it to win it. We have agreed to replay the fixture as the game could of went either way as long as the league are happy for us to do so."
Lee Bushell and Ilan Shaki netted for Shirley.
Steve Grieve and Jon Benjamin struck for Neasden with Benjamin's effort seeing him power home a header following a left-footed cross from player-manager Louis Taylor.
Taylor told JC Sport: "It was a fair result from two teams who cancelled each other out. We never really got started today.
"We wish Howard Yuchetel all the best after he suffered a suspected broken leg with the last action of the game."

A solitary effort from Dave Sawyer was enough as Temple Fortune B inflicted a 20th league defeat of the season on Pinner.
Fortune joint-manager Rob Jay said: "It was hard work in the heat but another good display. We created lots of chances and should have scored more."
Fortune finish their season against North London Raiders C at Whitchurch Playing Fields next Sunday.
