It's the clash of the titans on September 8 - Hendon won 14 league games out of 18 last season, winning the championship by an eight-point margin from runners-up HMH – who beat they twice and drew once in their three league meetings.
Both clubs have bolstered their squads over the summer, with Hendon registering Player of the Year Josh Bharier, Jake Doffman and Kiki Levin, while HMH's strikeforce will look quite different, with Adam Ellis and Nate Kashket linking up with Oscar Wagner.
Camden Park will host a new-look Maccabi Lions Blue, while Oakwood face Faithfold White.
Division One new boys Brook Farm Rovers will be looking to tame title hopefuls Jewdinese, who are boosted by the arrival of Reiss Mogilner from Lions.
SPEC FC will be looking to impress at Lions Red, while there's a mouth-watering contest in prospect when newly-promoted Mill Hill Dons entertain Division Two champions Hertswood Vale.
Two new teams go head to head in Division Two, when big-spending Borussia Barnet meet Club de Chigwell.
Ambitious North West London Bears will be looking for a winning start against Temple Fortune, while Paris St Jewmain will put their credentials on the line against an FC Team line-up featuring Conor Perl, Richard Salmon and Mitch Young.
