SPARTAN SOUTH MIDLANDS LEAGUE DIVISION ONE
LONDON LIONS 7 LANGFORD 0

London Lions were in seventh heaven as they returned to the top of the Spartan South Midlands Division One league with a 7-0 win over Langford.

No-one would have predicted that final result at half-time, with Lions going in at the break one up thanks to a Josh Kennet tap-in on the stoke of the half.

Lions took the gamble of resting several regulars to enable them to recharge the batteries with the games still coming thick and fast. Noticeably Adam Bolle, Guy Helman and Sam Sloma were given the night off.
