Hahn, who led MGB to silver in the Open football captain at the 20th Maccabiah Games in Israel, bolstered Andy Landesberg's squad ahead of kick-off as the Lions made it five wins in a row with an impressive away win against bottom side.
The attacking midfielder started his football journey at Lions as a teenager over a decade ago, before a spell at Southend United followed by years playing in the Isthmian League.
It took Lions only three minutes to get going when Max Kyte freed Adam Bolle to slam the ball into the roof of the net.
Hillingdon, struggling and in a relegation fight already, hit back and equalised on the half hour; but Lions regained the lead on the stroke of half-time when Jake Furman scored from long-range.
With the game poised at 2-1, it took Lions some time to break the resistance of Hillingdon. The introduction of Charlie Kasler saw Lions head into top gear; his impact was immediate when he clipped a pass to Austin Lipman, who then fired in from 15 yards for his 10th of the season.
With 15minutes left, Kasler again was the creator, freeing super-sub Jack Mattey who brilliantly outfoxed the Boro ‘keeper and finished in style for 4-1.
Mattey scored another five minutes later, when Lipman freed the Lions starlet and the young Lion added another to the tally.
Kasler then completed a hat-trick of assists as Lions made it 6-1 when the midfielder played in Bolle to finish the scoring and net his second of the game.
The team now focus on a huge game at the weekend as they travel to Leighton Town in the FA Vase in good heart.
