Gareth Southgate has guided England into the last 16 of the World Cup finals in Russia, but he took time from his busy schedule - where he is plotting the downfall of Jose Pekerman's Colombia, to give the MGB youngsters a memorable send-off.
In a recorded message, Southgate said: "Just to send a message to everyone involved with the U16 football teams heading out to the Maccabi Games.
“I hope you have a fantastic experience, good luck, enjoy it take it all in. Enjoy the football but also the whole occasion.
“I look forward to hearing all about it when you get back.”
