A hat-trick from Daran Bern inspired Redbridge to victory in the match of the day at Fairlop.
The Essex boys forged ahead five minutes before the break. They ran riot in the second half with Ben Sollosi and Sam McCarthy also on target.
Paul Babai grabbed Faithfold's consolation with the score at 4-0 with 10 to go.
RJC coach Danny Berg told JC Sport: "We had a game-plan and stuck to it. Myself and Sam (McCarthy snr) spoke before them game and set out what we needed to do and all 14 players did exactly what they had to do. Everyone worked hard for each other and then our football and clinical finishing was the difference. If you catch us on our day then no-one can live with us."
Praising the matchwinner, Berg added: "Berny is on fire at the moment. He’s not just a great finisher but he works so hard for the team. Our aim is to win every single game we have left this season. We need to keep working hard and our rewards will come."
Faithfold manager Zuriel Solomon told JC Sport: “The boys are lacking some confidence at the moment which is a bit baffling titles are not won in November! We will re group and get things right. Redbridge were up for it and we didn’t get out of the starting blocks buts it’s done now and we will keep working hard.”
