M&Y Interiors (unlike many other interior designers) does not charge an hourly rate and there are no hidden costs. You pay a nominal design fee and for that there is a detailed estimate, colour boards of furniture, fabrics etc together with floor plans showing the furniture layout. You are even able to see a 3D computer-generated image of exactly what your room will look like when the work is complete.
Is the table too big, is the sofa too small? Such questions are answered before you have bought a single piece of furniture. This saves the client from making mistakes and mistakes cost money.
From then, all specified items (tables, chairs, sofas, curtains etc) are charged at retail prices. You will not pay any more than if you went shopping yourself - but you will have no queues, no parking, no wandering from shop to shop asking yourself "does this cushion really match...?".
M&Y also has access to many fabrics and furniture not available in shops, so although you will be paying highstreet prices, you will achieve a more exclusive look. Once the designs are completed, all deliveries are co-ordinated - clients receive a delivery schedule convenient to them. No more waiting in from 8am to 6pm only to be told that actually your delivery has been postponed until next week.
