Google Docs: All-in-one Wedding Planner

This is not technically an app but a pre-formatted spreadsheet template that allows you to keep track of everything from budgets to RSVPs to your menu choices. As it is a Google Doc, you can share with as many people as you want and allow them to edit it. The tabs are customisable and the format is flexible enough to plan for a synagogue wedding rather than a church one, for example, plus it will calculate your spending for you as you go along (although, annoyingly, it defaults to dollars). The planner is made in association with wedding blog Style Me Pretty and each tab gives handy tips or inspiration.
