Team GB enjoyed success in the triathlon with Oliver Ziff and Michael Bibring taking gold.

Ziff won the Junior event and came third overall in the senior competition.

Bibring, who was a flagbearer at the Opening Ceremony, won the Over 50s competition.

The Over 45s Masters football team remain on course for gold after reaching the final.

The GB senior squad also reached the final after beating Israel by one point.

GB finished sixth and seventh respectively in the Ten Pin Bowling trios. Israel were disqualified.
