- BEN SHIRBINI (Faithfold A) - A Premiership style goal. Quick, counter-attacking football, Gav Lewis received the ball, brought it forward and played Markiewicz down the right, he outmuscled one and ran past another to hit the ball low across the face of goal. Shirbini wanted it most, with strength and much exertion managed to slide in under enormous pressure
- SIMON BUCHLER (NL Raiders B) - one of their goals of the season - starting with Ben Law in goal, every outfield player touched the ball before Buchler eventually found the net - Matt Leader performed a Cruyff-turn on the left touchline, played the ball forward to Josh Bharier who cut inside and laid a pass off for Buchler who arrowed a low drive into the corner of the net from 25 yards
- ADAM RONES (FC Team) - nice one-touch play in midfield, Rones played the ball to Young who backheeled it back into Rones' path and he coolly slotted past the keeper

A header from Gabe Silva sent Maccabi Manchester 2nd into the last four of the Jewish FA Cup following a hard fought win over Lions Blue at Brooklands.
The decisive moment of a well-contested tie came on 75 minutes saw Silva leap highest to plant a towering header into the net following a long-throw from Adam Herman.
Jubilant Manchester joint-manager Jonny Rose told JC Sport: "It was a typical Peter Morrison Trophy tie, very tight and it always had 1-0 written all over it. Lions are a big, strong and physical team who surprised us. So the message to the boys was stay in the game and our superior fitness was an important factor. The rotation of the squad during the second half definitely won us the game.”
Lions boss Sam Marchant told JC Sport: "We are disappointed because we felt with the teams left in the competition, we had a serious chance of going further, but at the end of the day, we are out the cup and we now just focus on our last game of the season."

BARRY GOLDSTEIN TROPHY QUARTER-FINALS
TEMPLE FORTUNE A 3 REAL HENDON 3 (Fortune won 4-3 on penalties)
Lee Fegan was the hero of the hour as Temple Fortune squeezed into the semi-finals after a nail-biting penalty shoot-out win over Division Two rivals Real at Silver Jubilee Park.
With the scores deadlocked at 3-3, Fegan rescued Fortune with a last-minute penalty save in normal time, before saving another in the shoot-out.
Prior to that, two goals by Lloyd Becker and one by Steven Black gave Fortune parity with a Real Hendon side that in truth shaded the tie. But Simon Linden's team dug in despite Brett Stead's late sending off (for a second yellow card) to reach the semi-final of this competition for the fourth time. Lloyd Becker, MIke Woolf, captain Adam Speck and Ami Wynbourne scored in the shoot-out.
Fortune manager Simon Linden told JC Sport: "You have to feel for Real Hendon, they deserved to win this game especially in the first half. We couldn’t get in the game and it was one way traffic but we took our chances. Sometimes you have to have a bit of luck at this level. I think the boys deserve to be in a semi-final after the season we have had." added Simon. "We look forward to the draw – it will be my fourth semi-final in this competition but I’ve yet to make a final so let’s hope the boys deliver!"

BAYERN MINCHA 1 FC TEAM 2
Bayern Mincha's hopes of a league and cup double after over after they were beaten 2-1 at home by FC Team following goals from Adam Rones and Ryan Kangisser.
FC Team player-manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: Any win in the cup is a great win but to knock out the favourites is very pleasing, especially as we have not beaten them this season. In truth, the game should have been put to bed in the first half but we gave them hope and they scored a goal to equalise. Overall our experience shone through to see out the game and we are delighted to be in the semi-finals. Sunday morning football is all about cup finals and we are going to be doing our up most to retain our trophy. Bring on the draw!"
Adam Biton scored for Bayern, but joint-manager Daniel Holder commented: "Sadly we couldn’t give too much attention to this cup with over 10 absentees including the likes of Ellis, Nussbaum, Fink, Salter and keeper Nyman. With just 11 players available, it was a valiant effort from the lads and on another day we could’ve nicked it as Dayan hit the bar in the closing stages. There were one or two positives to take from the game - this included the returning from injury of Alon Pinhas who came on and got the assist for the goal and had an encouraging display.
"But the big news came from Borehamwood as Hertswood Vale took points off the Dons, massively boosting our promotion chances. With six points kicking in due to Temple Fortune's forfeits, a win against Fairlop on the final day sees us crowned champions, while MH Dons cannot afford to drop any more points."

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS C 2 STRAW HAT PIRATES 0
Raiders C booked their place in the semis after securing a 2-0 win over the Pirates with strikes from Jordan Sapler and Alex Goodman.
NLR boss Sam Rose told JC Sport: “It was a really assured and confident performance at Brunel. This was the second game in a row we played 3-5-2 and it paid off for us, helping us to control the midfield really well and play front-foot-football.
"I was impressed by how the team have continued to play for each other the last few weeks and adapted to a different formation with different roles. We scored from two mistakes from the SHP goalkeeper but in truth, we were controlling the game and should have scored more. Had SHP had their shooting boots on it may have been a different story, but they gave us a really tough game and made us work for the result.”
“Raiders C always enjoy a good end of season cup tournament and this season will be no exception – we have fond memories of our victory against Raiders Masters last season and will be looking for repeat success this year too.”

Raiders B were confirmed as Division One runners-up after hitting Redbridge B for six on a memorable morning in Fairlop.
Joint-manager Doron Salomon told JC Sport L'Orange "played some of their best football of the season," as Matt Leader (2), Simon Buchler, Jake Gilbert, Anthony Goodmaker and Jordan Nathan eased them home. Dan Gordon had earlier levelled for RJC.
A delighted Salmon told JC Sport: "Jonny and I can reflect on a successful campaign in which we've a very good chance of ending up with the best attacking and defensive records in the league."

Mill Hill Dons's title hopes were dealt a blow as they conceded a late leveller in a six-goal thriller against Hertswood.
Vale stormed into a 2-0 lead via Josh Cohen (2) before the Dons recovered to lead 3-2 via Zach Cohen, Harry Moss and Josh Cinna, but there was a late sting in the tale as the hosts scored a third via an own goal, which Jack Shulman is claiming.
Vale joint-manager Jacob Emanuel told JC Sport: "I don’t think anyone expected us to take anything from the match, but to take a point after the Dons fought back from 2-0 down to lead 3-2 showed great mental strength."
Disappointed Dons boss Brandon Hamme told JC Sport: "Promotion will now be a very difficult task, but we will continue to give it our all and fight till the very end."

A treble from JAMES JACONELLI saw Fairlop's title hopes continue to gather momentum as they moved to within a point of third place FC Team after a 6-1 demolition of cup semi-finalists Faithfold.
Further goals from captain Brad Gayer, David Farkash and an own goal completed the rout for Aaron Dias's men.
Fairlop boss Aaron Dias told JC Sport: "Overall, I was fairly happy with the result and performance - it certainly wasn't the most exciting game of football we have had this season but with the disappointment of the cup elimination and the frustration of travelling all the way to Uxbridge last week to have the game cancelled, it was good to play and get another win out the way."
