The 15-year-old from Totteridge Village competed in the Junior Girls’ Singles and was knocked out in the group stage, despite picking up a good 3-2 (11-7, 11-5, 8-11, 9-11, 11-6) win over Alyssa Kang of the USA.
Defeats to opponents from Belarus and Russia meant she went into the consolation event rather than the main knockout stage.
There, she stormed through the field, winning five matches – three of them by 3-2 margins – and finishing with a 3-0 (11-9, 13-11, 11-6) win over Anna Pyaterikova of Russia in the final.
In the doubles, JCOSS student Rogove competed alongside fellow England player Anaya Patel and they won their first-round match against Isha Bajpai and Natalie Chan of the USA 3-0 (15-13, 11-9, 11-2). They then lost 3-1 (11-5, 9-11, 11-3, 11-7) to Nomin Baasan & Hannah Holgersson of the host nation in the last 32.
