Rachel Rinast insists Maccabi Germany can build on their EMFT success at next year's European Maccabi Games in Berlin.
The German captain, who plays for FC Koln, inspired her team to victory over Holland in the final of the inaugural Women's Futsal event.
Left-sided player Rinast, who is 23 and training to be a teacher, believes the Germany can take their momentum into the Euros as they look to clinch gold in the 11-a-side game, as well as the small-sided one.
"It was a great honour for us to be in London," she said. "The German League is physical, which I like, but my first futsal experience was fantastic.
"The Dutch and British girls made it tough for us."
Rinast believes the Team Maccabi GB squad can go on to challenge for silverware next year after making their bow at SportHouse.
"Futsal is a great way for a group of girls to develop their skills and improve fitness. If the British team stays together and trains regularly, there's no reason why they can't push the other countries in Berlin."
