Super-sub Dor Mikha's dramatic 80th minute winner lifted Maccabi Tel Aviv to second in the Group F table as they came from behind to beat Bordeaux in the Europa League.
Mikha had only been on the pitch for 15 minutes when he secured three points for the Israeli side in a game where all the goals came in the second half at Stades Chaban-Delmas.
Jussiê nodded Bordeaux in front three minutes into the half, but Tel Aviv showed great determination to come back, with Barak Itzhaki put them back on level terms before Mikha sealed the points.
Meanwhile, Maccabi Haifa came from two goals down to draw against FC Shakhter Karagandy at the Astana Arena.
Two inspired half-time substitutions paid dividends for Haifa, who trailed to strikes from Andrei Finonchenko and Yevgeni Tarasov.
Ezra started the comeback with a goal after 54 minutes before Turgeman beat Aleksandr Mokin with a sensational dipping drive to make it 2-2.
