London Maccabi Lions Under 13s came from two goals down to secure a place in the semi-finals of the Herts County Cup after running out 6-3 winners against Echoes Youth.
With Jason Grundman and Saul Kurer inspiring a comeback, it was Grundman who hauled them back into the tie with an excellent strike into the top corner.
Danny Schindler, the Lions manager, then made three changes bringing on Sam Belchak, Dylan Kaye and Kurer, all of whom had an immediate effect as Lions finished the half on top.
The Lions were awarded a penalty early in the second half when Belchak drew a foul in the area. Kaye stepped up to convert from the spot.
Alex Freedman put the Lions ahead but Echoes soon made it 3-3. Kurer, Kaye and Belchak sealed the tie.
Lions Under 12s have reached the last eight of the Herts County Cup after beating Everett Rovers 9-2.
Mikey Perkins (2), Freddy Kramer (2), Gideon Lee (2), Jack Mendoza, Charlie Dryer and Zack Green completed the rout.
Strikes from Alex Trup and Matt Bennett maintained Pinner JFC's title hopes with a 2-2 draw against Park Street Village in the Watford Friendly League Yellow Under 18 Division.
