Yoav Lebens produced a batting masterclass to propel MAL to within sight of the Division Two Middlesex Sunday Cricket League title.
Lebens smashed 71 off just 48 balls as MAL eased to a 45-run victory over fellow challengers SKLP.
Liverwire Lebens hit three huge sixes and six boundaries on his way to racking up a fourth half-century from five games.
Mark Landau's 47 helped MAL finish on 239-9 from their 40 overs before the bowlers took over to reduce SKLP to 44-4.
An injury to Landau forced Gav Lebens into the bowling attack and he didn't disappoint, taking 3-20 to help dismiss the visitors for 194
The result leaves MAL level on points at the top of the table alongside SKLP with the teams set to meet for a title showdown on August 7.
Meanwhile, MAL 2nds recorded a four-wicket win over South Harrow following an impressive run-chase in their latest friendly clash.
Set 172 for victory in 35 overs, Kevin Ventner hit 49 and Marc Mer 34 as the visitors eased to victory.
Mer, batting with a runner after breaking a toe in the field, played through the pain barrier before he was eventually bowled.
But MAL rarely looked in trouble and claimed a welcome victory as they finished off South Harrow with overs to spare.
