NOMINATIONS
HENDON UNITED SPORTS
Zack Lewis (LS) - his best game of the season, chased back was brilliant going forward, was a constant menace and were it not for a combination of saves and the woodwork could’ve had more
Jonny Kay (CM) - kept us ticking in the middle, made great challenges and spread the ball nicely. Recycled the ball well and was always an option against the strong HMH pressing game
Mordy Weiler (LB) - had a brilliant game in attack and defence from left back
Chaim Korman (RM) - three assists against HMH
------------------
HMH
Tom Prais (LB) - commanding and faultless performance in front of the cameras against defending champions Hendon. Made some vital interceptions and excellent distribution
------------------
MACCABI LONDON LIONS
Jack Franks (GK) - incredible reflexes kept Lions in the derby against Brady, ncluding a penalty save. He’s like Messi with a pair of gloves
------------------
JEWDINESE
Adam Gold (D) - expert defending today, was very strong in the challenge and made a vital tackle at 2-1 when the Mincha striker had an open goal. Kept the Mincha striker quiet all game
------------------
LOS CAMDEN A
Johann Jordi (CM) - did not lose a header or battle all day, his work rate would have made Roy Keane in his pomp look lazy. Johann showed why he is one of the best CM’s in the league again today
Oli Sade (S) - dazzled again and picked up the Man of the Match award, his trickery, work ethic and end product was fantastic. No backline will enjoy playing against Sadey in this form, deservedly claiming the man of the match award
Joe Levi (M) - his season has gone from strength to strength, he netted the all important third goal putting the game to bed. Nothing less than his performance deserved after a collosal effort from midfield
------------------
HERTSWOOD VALE
Josh Gorb (LM) - Vale’s answer to Laurent Robert banged in his fifth goal in his last four games with this week’s brace. The first was a quality finish past their keeper after latching onto Millet’s audacious through-ball just five minutes before half time, before he grabbed his second just three minutes into the second half. Both goals came at an important time in the game. MOTM
James Neidle (CB) - Captain fantastic. Was on serious form to get us back to winning ways. Won important duels against Salmon, whilst relieving the pressure from defence with some quality passing
James Millet (CM) - It hasn’t been commonplace for Vale to grab a win this season without at least one goal from the MGBSFL top-scorer, but Millet couldn’t stay out of the headlines, grabbing himself two quality assists - the first of which was a contender for team goal of the season
Ashley Hirschberger (CB/RB) - another solid performance at the back for this Vale legend. Quality throughout with important challenges and headers.
Ben Kaye (S) - deserves his plaudits after grabbing his first goal of the season on Sunday. Ben has had a horrible campaign with a serious injury keeping him out till December, as well as a couple of setbacks on the way
Andy Myerson (Referee) - an assured game from the man in black. Ensured the game went without much debate, providing both teams with great confidence in his decisions. Solid as always
