A hat-trick from striker RICHARD SALMON inspired FC Team A to their first win of the season as they cruised into the second round of the LFA Cup after hitting Albion Manor for six at Hackney Marshes.
In the build-up to the match, FC Team boss Mitch Young asked for a big performance from his big striker and that is exactly what he got.
There were also goals for Marc Harris, Jon Toby and Ollie Segal on a memorable morning for the boys in yellow and blue.
Jubiliant FC Team manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: "We knew last week's draw against Norstar was simply not good enough. We trained so hard on Thursday and I wanted a reaction today and I got it.

Norstar failed to join FC Team A in round two after bowing out of the competition following a 3-1 defeat against Apoel at John Lyons School.
The visitors scored twice in the first half and although Zak McLeod hauled Norstar back into the game with a sweetly struck free-kick, Apoel sealed the tie with a third goal as Norstar chased the game.

There was a big shock at Clowes where Brixton won a five-goal thriller against the Lions to record their first success of the season.
Two goals from Alon Hershkorn and one from Rob Blackman did the trick for John Nitka's men.
The Lions goals came through Mike Pearson, who made it three in two games, and the evergreen Tony Gold.
Delighted Brixton boss John Nitka reflected on a job well done. "It was an absolutely outstanding performance by the team," he told JC Sport.
"There is a long way to go yet. It was great game to watch and credit to both teams."
LML joint-manager Josh Newman told JC Sport: "We were not at our best but full credit must go to a spirited Brixton side, who were excellent.
"We need to work hard to improve individually and collectively. Hopefully we can address this over the coming weeks."

The top-of-the-table battle finished honours even at the Hive as Faithfold made it 10 points out of a possible 12 in a hard-earn draw against last season's champions.
Missing captain Alex Levack, who was with his wife celebrating the birth of their second daughter, Faithfold went ahead through Dan Howard.
Hendon's goal came through Ari Last.
Faithfold boss Zuriel Solomon told JC Sport: "It was a tough game against a good team, but we more then held our own and thought we created more and better chances. I'm happy we took a point.
Hendon manager David Garbacz told JC Sport: "This was a top quality match played in difficult conditions between two top teams. Overall this was a good point for us and we go away satisfied."

Camden's Nick Kagan told JC Sport: "There's a feeling that we're starting to settle into the season now. The mentality is miles better, the fitness has improved and at times yesterday we were at our free-flowing best.
Chigwell player-manager Richard Slater told JC Sport: "I've never said this before after a defeat, but I'm very proud of the team today, with eight first team players out.
"To be in the game at 2-1 with eight minutes to go was an absolutely fantastic effort from my boys, against a good footballing side like Camden."

A double from joint-player-manager Chaim Gothold plus one from fox-in-the-box Gav Noe sealed the win.
Glenthorne's goals came through Craig Sandford (2) and Daniel Lipman.
Hendon co-player-manager Motty Korman told JC Sport: "It was an excellent performance all-round and a superb three points against a very good Glenthorne side.

Redbridge B drew for the second consecutive week after a goal from Jamie Sinai earned the Cats a point.
The scorer for Redbridge was Dan Gordon who finished off a flowing move.
"It was a very hard fought game between two tough teams," Catford captain Adam Luria told JC Sport. "We didn't really start playing in the first half but defended sternly and were perhaps a little lucky to go in 1-0 down after just one lapse which led to their goal.
"The most pleasing thing is that this is the third game in a row we've come from behind. We're much stronger both physically and mentally than last season and the belief is there that we can get a result against anyone."

Brady B bounced back from last week's defeat against SPEC FC with a six-goal demolition of Blancos at Rowley Lane.
Record signing Alex Bowman scored on debut, and there were also goals for Dan Hildebrand (2), Reiss Mogilner (2) and captain fantastic James Joseph.
Mikey Mendelsohn and Joel Kutner registered for Blancos who were dealt a big blow by having the defensive pair of Suissa and Nathan along with striker Hersh injured in the first half.
Brady boss Josh Dagul told JC Sport: "It was a fantastic response to last week's defeat. We dominated the game, passed the ball very well and created chance after chance. It was a great team performance."
Blancos player-manager Adam Hersh told JC Sport "It was a deserved win for Brady B but there's a lot for us to take from the game and lessons to be learnt."

A wonder strike from Ryan Cole was not enough to earn Glenthorne maximum points as they were frustrated by a plucky Norstar B in east London.
A strike from Eli Houri inspired Norstar to an impressive point.
Proud boss David Lubczanski told JC Sport: "It was a battling performance with a makeshift team, we had to start with four central defenders and Jonny Bunt and Adam Seres filled in in centre midfield superbly, protecting the back four and getting forward when possible. The team really pulled together and it's a good sign of things to come."
Thornes joint-player-manager Jordan Sapler told JC Sport: ""We were very poor today, playing nowhere near the level we should.
"We dropped to Norstar's level of long ball which was frustrating for Liam and I. They scored with their only real chance early and seemed happy to settle for a draw.

Assistant-manager Rich Abrahams told JC Sport: "This was another frustrating game to add to this season's growing list! After shipping five goals in both of our games so far this season, we looked to tighten things up in defence a little bit with some changes in tactics.
"To be fair to SPEC, they dominated the first half and we were lucky to go into half time only 2-0 down; however, I was delighted with the second half performance from every single one of our players.
"The attitude and spirit they showed for those 45 minutes was fantastic and I think we can count ourselves unlucky that we didnt come away with a point."

FC Team boss Ben Simon told JC Sport: "After two defeats it was important we started well. However, we went one nil down but from then on the lads dug deep and showed great character to come back. There were some good signs for the season to come ..."

Oakwood made hard work of beating an improved Boca Jewniors, with goals in either half from Ben Polak and Adam Blin.
Polak opened the scoring with a header which looped over their keeper from a tight angle. Blin doubled the advantage with a good half volley after his initial header was cleared off the line.
Oaks were profligate in front of goal with missed chances from Ian Tussie, Polak, Dave Eden and others but were well worth the three points.
Oakwood manage Ian Tussie told JC Sport: "I'm happy to win and get the three points but I'm expecting more from us.
"We were too wasteful in front of goal and too often our final ball and decision-making let us down.
"But Danny, this be a results business and that's the most important thing at the end of the day."

Hendon C found their shooting boots with ALEX ELF the chief tormentor as Norstar slipped to another defeat.
Further goals from Gideon Caller, Craig Philips, Benny Goldberg, Adam Glekin and Daniel Major put the icing on the cake.
Two early goals from Elf put Hendon in a commanding position although Hendon slacked off and allowed Norstar to pull one back through Dan Krieger.
Delighted Hendon boss Chaim Strom told JC Sport: "All in all a good win under our belt. Elf was on fire although it was an all-round excellent display from the team with the Glekin brothers and Philips showing their steel in midfield."
Norstar boss Zack Gothelf told JC Sport: "The most frustrating thing about today's game was that we were 2-0 down after three minutes, pulled it back to 2-1 at half time and were the better side and then we just fell away in the second half.
"Having run our opponents close in the last couple of games, today was an extremely frustrating and disapointing performance and we'll be using our week off to have a couple of intensive training sessions."
