A match-winning penalty save from keeper David Simnock helped Raiders B come from behind to beat Faithfold A for the second time this season at Brunel.
Simnock denied Faithfold's Daryl Phillips to end their hopes of silverware in the cup this season.
Phillips was successful with a spot-kick earlier in the game which put Faithfold ahead but second half strikes from Dave Esterkin and David Dinkin turned the game on its head.

Two goals from Paul Hakim plus one apiece from new signing TJ Keterman and Josh Hershman helped Brady march into the round four following a comfortable victory over Premier Division rivals Raiders A at Rowley Lane.
There was little to separate the teams in a tight and goalless first half, but Brady stepped up a gear with Hakim tapping home from a corner.
Keterman doubled the lead with a neat lob over Danny Berliner.
Raiders threw caution to the wind and went three up top and it almost paid dividends but striker Igal Yayha was denied by a great block from Oli Colmans, from which Brady broke, allowing Hakim to convert from close-range again. Hershman sealed a fine performance with a neat finish in the final minute.

As predicted, parity was restored as Neasden exacted revenge on last week's conquerors - running out 3-1 victors at Clowes.
Marc Lazare, Danny Daggers and Ben Joseph did the damage.
George Fierstone netted for Brixton, scoring against his former club.
NWN joint-manager Darren Yarlett told JC Sport: "Today was about a reaction and I got one, after the disappointment of last week's result the lads needed to put thing right.
"From the first whistle we were at it and could have been 5-0 up in the first half hour. We dominated the game but allowed Brixton a couple of chances during the game.
"The second half was the same and really the game should have finished 8 or 9. I'm disappointed we didn't take our chances. I know I may sound unfair but we must created 10-15 a game - three goals is not a good enough return for me
"Credit to Brixton but the class in teams really stood out today. However, they have a squad full of young talent who will get better and better. There is no doubt on their day and when they concentrate Brixton can match anyone."
Brixton boss John Nitka told JC Sport: "It was a tough encounter and we did not start playing until the 30th and gave away two sloppy goals.
"We pulled a goal back on 45 minutes and had chances to win it in the second half. However, it was not to be.
"This game and last week's showed we are good enough to compete with the best."

Hendon's quadruple hopes gathered momentum as they ran riot against Montana, with two apiece from Ben Kon, Danny Kon and Avidan Last
Greg Corin and Yoav Kestenbaum joined the party as the Hammers made it tough for a Montana team for whom joint-managers Marc Ziedman, in his second spell, and Nick Goodmaker were in charge for the first time.
Hendon boss David Garbacz told JC Sport: "After coming so close to going out of one cup last week, we were determined to put in a more professional showing this week.
"We were completely dominant from beginning to end and probably created something close to 40 attempts on goal.
"If it wasn't for their keeper and the woodwork we wouldve hit double figures, but overall its fair to say this was much more enjoyable to watch than last week.
"Everyone was on fire today but I was especially pleased for Yoav Kestenbaum who had his best game in a Hendon shirt today, and is really starting to realise his potential.
"We have a great mixture of youth and experience this year and we are going to be challenging hard on all fronts in 2012. We can't wait."

"In the end RJC's class showed but it was a great performance from our boys. We played well and will take a lot of positives from the game.

LML gaffer Jamie Kyte told JC Sport: "Although we were never really that troubled in the game, we should have killed it off in the first half.
"The amount of times we played about with the ball in the box and wouldn't shoot was extremely frustrating to watch from the sidelines.
"Having said that, although our first two goals were own goals, the build up play was a pleasure to watch.
"In the second half we let them back in it with sloppy marking and credit to them for never giving up.
"James Gold once again got on the scoresheet and at this rate it's hard not to keep nominating him for team of the week. He's getting better every week and it's no wonder I've got the A's after him."
