Hapoel Kiryat Shmona have been drawn against Slovakian champions MSK Zilina in the second qualifying round of the Champions League.
The Israelis will travel to Slovakia for the first leg on July 17/18, with the return leg in Israel the following week.
Kiryat Shmona's new manager Gili Landau said: "This is a reasonable draw against a team with a lot of European experience. I saw them play Chelsea in the Group Stage and they looked very capable."
Kiryat Shmona's former manager Ran Ben Shimon has signed a two-year deal to manage AEK Larnaca of Cyprus.
In the Europa League second qualifying round, Maccabi Netanya will host Llanelli of Wales or Finland's Kuopio on July 19 with the away leg on July 26. Bnei Yehuda will play Rudar Pljevija of Montenegro or Shirak of Armenia on the same dates the first leg at home.
