Team GB’s three swimmers maintained excellent form in the pool on Day Three in Vienna.
Between them, Trevor Pears, together with junior swimmers Hollie Fisher and Naomi Ayrton have claimed 17 medals with the girls involved in more races today.
Ayrton said: “It was a very proud moment to receive medals for my country.
“The standard of the competition is very high and the American swimmers are very good.”
A member of Hillingdon Swimming Club, Ayrton, 14, from Northwood, attended the 2010 JCC Games in Denver.
She said: “The EMG is much bigger and the atmosphere is better. The opening ceremony was really good.
A clubmate of Ayrton at Hillingdon, Fisher, 13, from Rickmansworth, is loving every moment of her first EMG.
She said: “It’s been great fun out here and I’ve made lots of friends.”
Fisher trains six days a week and is hoping to compete at the 2013 Maccabiah Games.
Junior Swimming manager Emma Gibbor said: “The girls are doing really well and have beaten their personal bests in several races.
“They have approached the competition in a very professional manner.”
Gibbor, who played tennis at the last EMG and the 2009 Maccabiah, added: “To collect medals was a really proud moment for the girls and their families.
