Tight bowling and sharp fielding restricted Salix to 166-7 and Australian batsman Frumar produced another influential knock to lead BECC to victory.
London Maccabi Vale’s promotion hopes were dealt a blow as they slipped to a 60-run defeat against St Albans in Chess Valley League Division Two.
Lying second in the table, a makeshift LMV team dismissed the visitors for 222 off 39.5 overs.
Rayno Greenwall-Cohen, Neil Lederman and Adam Brand claimed two wickets apiece.
Brand was the mainstay of the LMV reply, hitting 74 but only three other batsmen reached double figures as the home side were skittled for 162 after 36.2 overs.
LMV conclude their league campaign against promotion rivals Wembley at Vale Farm on September 3.
