There were some big calls to make after more than 30 JC MSFL players were nominated.
JOEL KANUTIN (North West Neasden B) - “usually to be found terrorising defences, Joel stepped into the heart of NWN’s defence. A consummate performance at the back. Stepped into the breech when no one else would”
JON TOBY (FC Team A) - “picked up where he left off from last season with a solid game” against Lions
BEN ANNIS (Los Blancos) - “was the outstanding player this week inspired by his star man status!”
HENRY ZIFF (LM Lions B) - “didn't put a foot wrong against Camden, won all his headers and started moves from his defensive clearances
DAN HOWARD (Faithfold A) - played through the pain of a bad back to ensure the Superhoops kept Raiders out
JOE STOLERMAN (Blizzard Storm) - “so much went through the attacking midfielder. He was superb”
ARI LAST (Hendon United Sports Club A) - “totally dominated the midfield , together with Ben Lauffer, although Ari just gets the nod for his goals
DAN HARROD (Brady Maccabi B) - “man of the match against Bilbaum - dictated the game from the middle of the park. Off-the-ball grit combined with exquisite passing. Will be key to Brady's chances this season”
ADAM GOLDMAN (Glenthorne United B) - earned rave reviews following a brilliant performance against Raiders B. Described as “superb” by joint-manager Jordan Sapler after scoring a match-winning hat-trick
CRAIG EDWARDS (Temple Fortune A) - dug his team out of a big hole in a dream debut as they came from 2-0 down with 10 men. One of his strikes was a memorable Beckham-esque free-kick. Looks an absolute bargain at three smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels and a diet Coke!
BEN ZLOOF (AC Mill Hill) - “another fantastic performance and five-goal haul
