Danny Caro's Div 3 TOTW: Sept 8

articlemain

There were a few draws in the bottom division, but still enough quality performances to sway the judges, and the signs look good for Boca.

1. Mark SINGER (L'Equipe) - pulled off some important stops against Jewdinese

2. David BROWN (Boca Jewniors) - didn't lose a challenge in a physical contest against Fortune

3. Ricky ZIEDERMAN (Boca Jewniors) - looks one of the bargains of the season on the basis of his 90 minutes against Fortune

4. Harry BRIAN (Jewdinese) - "a strong performance throughout the whole game, making sure the Jewdinese defence only conceded one"

5. Adam KAYE (Boca Jewniors) - played a key role in the draw against Fortune

6. Jules BOHM (L’Equipe) - "constantly causing problems for Jewdinese and chasing every ball, a great header before half time put his team ahead"

7. Daniel COHEN (King Crown) - "a menace all game"

8. Yonni BORD (Catford & Bromley) - maintained his excellent start to the season with double delight against Whetstone

9. Gideon CHAIN (L’Equipe) - "had to play at right wing this week and was up and down non-stop with the fitness and speed of Usain Bolt on steroids! Constantly involved in the game and delivered a number of pinpoint crosses. Tirelessly working for the team and showed he is a very versatile player"

10. Benji GREENBLATT (King Crown) - "man-of-the-match against Faithfold C", bagged a brace

11. Ami WYNBOURNE (Boca Jewniors) - wing wizard leg Fortune a merry dance

Player: Yonni Bord (Catford & Bromley)

Manager: Lester Jacobs (Catford & Bromley)

Goal: Ben Berrick (Jewdinese)

Save: Nick Green (King Crown)
