North West London Jets under 12's continued their fine form in the Excel League with an emphatic display against Shenley which finished 6-2 to the Jets.
A superb man-of-the-match display from David Amor set the Jets on their way as he latched onto a pass from Akiva Restan before slotting the ball past the opposing goalkeeper.
Amor then snatched a brace a few minutes later with a through ball from Matti Karp opening up the Shenley defence for Amor to finish.
The Jets went in at half time 2-0 up but could have been further ahead if not for the outstanding performance demonstrated by the Shenley goalkeeper.
The Jets flew out at half time with Amor assisting Jonathan Korn, who curled the ball into the far side of the goal out of the keeper's reach.
Shenley then pulled one back as their speedy striker was released in behind the Jet defence to guide the ball into the far corner of the goal.
North West London Jets immediately bounced back with Amor grabbing his hat-trick as he guided the ball past the oncoming goalkeeper into the far corner of the net.
Amor then demonstrated his leadership with two fantastic assists. Restan lofted the ball over the high defensive line of Shenley which released Amor and Eytan Kleinberg forming a two-pronged attack. Instead of taking it himself, Amor passed to Kleinberg who got his name on the scoresheet with a fine strike into the bottom corner.
Amor then set up Joel Leighton to secure the 6-2 victory and conclude another fine team performance.
Shenley then grabbed a consolation goal with a superb counter-attack.
