Anthony Lyons and Simon Conway’s Matterhorn Capital are reportedly in talks to buy the 02 Centre in North London for around £100m, according to Property Week. X-Leisure, the leisure fund managed by Hermes and asset managed by Capital & Regional, put the site on the Finchley Road, which includes an eight-screen Vue cinema, up for sale last autumn.
