Danny Seal, the former director of Bnei Akiva, has been appointed the new chief executive of the British-Israel Chamber of Commerce. He joins the B-ICC from a healthcare software company, where he worked as the director of operations.
Mr Seal said: “I am very excited to have been selected to lead such a prestigious organisation and am looking forward to working closely with Michael Ziff and the rest of the B-ICC board in further developing UK/Israel business and trade.”
A biochemistry graduate, Mr Seal is trustee of The GreenHeartTree Initiative, an international development water aid organisation, and a school governor of Claremont Primary School in Golders Green.
He sits on the UJIA ‘Lead Now’ advisory board and is a graduate of the Adam Science Leadership Foundation Programme. He takes over from Mark Ross, who has returned to the private sector, working as a management consultant in the Business Advisory Services/Consulting practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
Michael Ziff, chairman of B-ICC, said: “We are delighted to have appointed Daniel as our new Chief Executive. He brings with him significant business and communal experience which will enable us to build upon the outstanding work of his predecessor.”
