Talk about job uncertainty

Employees at Israeli technology company Emblaze are likely to be feeling a little anxious this morning.

The Group's chairman Eli Reifman, who owns 17 per cent of the London-listed firm, has reportedly said he will fire its 6,000 staff if the company is placed in receivership.

According to Globes, Emblaze is facing bankruptcy and risks being taken over. Mr Reifman, believes that if the receivers were to be called in, the damaging affects to the company and employees would be irreversible. He claims the aim of those trying to take over the firm is to empty out the company. Looks like Mr Reifman might get their first.
