Yavneh College deserves the highest praise for acting on the school places shortage while others simply talk. It is all very well holding seminars and meetings to discuss the problem and work out what might happen in two or three years time, but in the here and now someone needed to act. Clearly the problem is far from solved, but Yavneh has now set a lead and shown that action can be taken where there is a will. Now other schools must follow Yavneh’s lead.
