150g Vadasz Raw Kimchi (drained/squeezed very well/until dry — brine reserved in a bowl)
1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
Rapeseed oil for frying
Salt and pepper
Handful of fresh coriander
For the sauce:
1 small jar/around 200g, good quality crunchy peanut butter
½ jar/200g Vadasz Raw Kimchi
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut milk
