These little bites are the most moreish things ever to go in your mouth. Salty but sweet, with the most amazing honey glaze.Method:
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan, panko, paprika and black pepper. Mix well, and then, one at a time, dip the halloumi bites into the beaten egg, then the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer base (crisper plate removed) with oil spray, then add the halloumi and spray with oil. Air-fry at 190°C for 8 minutes, until golden, flipping or shaking them halfway.
- In the meantime, mix the hot honey ingredients together in a bowl, then coat the halloumi bites and air-fry for a further 2 minutes, until sticky.
- Add an optional drizzle of honey and sprinkle of chilli flakes, then serve.
