We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community hub, providing essential administrative support, and assisting with various business functions.
Providing an excellent standard of customer service, the post-holder will be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries from our customers and community members including prospective holiday let guests and event attendees. The Business Support Officer will coordinate holiday let bookings; liaising with guests and working closely with our Facilities team to maintain the holiday let properties in order to provide an outstanding guest experience.
A key aspect of the Business Support Officer role is to proactively communicate with stakeholders across the site with the aim of streamlining administrative processes, improving consistency across the organisation, and enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of People and Operations on team coordination, office management and customer service.
We are looking for an organised and confident administrator with excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Our ideal candidate would be happy working autonomously and have experience of supporting a busy and fast-paced team managing multiple different areas of operation. We are looking for someone who will anticipate need and suggest solutions to logistical challenges. You’ll need to be helpful and enthusiastic in your approach to work, flexible, a strong communicator and people-oriented.

Salary £26,000 - £29,000 per annum subject to experience
