Yavneh College in Borehamwood has been recognised for being in the top 10 per cent of state schools for progress in England and in the top 10 per cent of non-selective schools for attainment for 16 year-olds in 2024.
It received awards for its performance from the Schools, Students and Teachers Network, which runs programmes for impovement for member schools.
SSAT’s Education Outcomes uses national school data to evaluate achievement. It said 793 secondary schools across the country would be eligible for its awards, given for coming in the top 10 per cent or 20 per cent nationally for progress and attainment.
Congratulating Yavneh, SSAT said Yavneh’s success was “down to the superb learning and teaching, outstanding support and inspirational leadership of staff. You have made a huge difference to the lives of the young people in your school.”
