An independent Strictly Orthodox girls’ primary school in Stamford Hill has received a glowing report from Ofsted, which rated it good overall and outstanding for pupil behaviour.
Girls come to Beis Yaakov Primary with “a smile on their faces and a spring in their step”, inspectors reported. “They demonstrate great enthusiasm in lessons, and when talking about their learning.”
Girls displayed a love of reading and regularly visited the local library, Ofsted said.
The ambitious curriculum generally reflected careful thinking from leaders on how pupils could best develop a broad range of knowledge and skills, inspectors found.
