I love this colourful summer dish. It was such a big hit at my tapas restaurant, I decided it was time it made a comeback at Alena. Serve it as a cocktail snack, starter or side dish.
I love simple colour contrast on a plate. I was playing around with cauliflower dishes at the time when my producers brought me herbs that were so vibrantly green, that it all came together organically in that moment.
