Marc Joseph reveals his vulnerability through song

articlemain

West End musical performer Marc Joseph has released his debut solo album.

Mr Joseph, who played the lead in the notorious flop The Fields of Ambrosia and Annie, sings a selection of hits on the CD, titled Clear Blue Sky.

Produced by label Making Records, it features a duet with Helena Blackman, runner-up on BBC reality show How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?

Mr Joseph, 38, tells People: “I like singing songs that have lyrics which portray a story and throw a lot of emotion into it. I like to open myself up and show my vulnerability.”

Liverpool-born Mr Joseph trained as a chemical pathologist before pursuing a career in music. He won an Andrew Lloyd Webber Scholarship to study at London’s Arts Educational School. He lives in West Kensington.
